Hi I’m Timmeisha! Welcome to my blog!

What’s this blog all about?
I’m a mom, a wife, and woman on a mission to transform my health and life- one habit at a time. I’m currently on a journey to lose over 100 pounds (naturally), and while I have already lost 30, I’m learning every day that this journey is about so much more than the number on the scale.
For years, I tried diet after diet- low carb, meal replacement shakes, soup diet, container systems… you name it, I’ve tried it. I would always lose some weight, only to gain it back plus more. I was stuck in a cycle of yo-yo dieting, and all-or-nothing thinking and because of that, I always thought that I was failing. I started to think that I would NEVER lose the weight.
The good news is, something clicked when I realized that I didn’t have to rely on dieting and quick fixes to live a healthier life.
What I focus on now:
These days, I’m focused on building sustainable habits that make me feel good every day- not just when I step on the scale.
For me, this looks like:
- simple high protein meals
- eating mostly whole, nourishing goods
- finding balance while living a busy life
- staying consistent, even when things aren’t perfect
I’m also navigating this journey while dealing with injuries, which has taught me just how important nutrition and consistency is when exercise is not an option.
Why I created this blog:
I created this blog to share my journey and hopefully inspire others in doing so.
Whether you’re looking for simple meal prep ideas, practical tips for staying consistent, or just a little encouragement, you’re in the right place.
This blog is for women like me- those who have 100 or more pounds to lose, are tired of dieting, and are ready to create a happier life without restriction.
We are in this together, and I’m here to show you that progress, not perfection is what truly matters.
Who this blog is for:
Women who have a significant amount of weight to lose, are tired of dieting, and want to lose weight in a sustainable way.
Just a quick note:
I am not a dietitian, and nothing I share is meant to be medical or nutrition advice. I’m just sharing my own experience, what’s working for me, and lessons I’m learning along the way.
Thank you for joining me on this journey. I’m so happy you’re here, and I can’t wait to connect with you!
